The next Macef - the major international home show - will
run from 2nd to 5th September 2005 and will be the last to
be staged at the Fiera Milano City exhibition centre before
its move to the new Rho-Pero centre in January 2006.
Macef is both a point of reference and an opportunity to keep
abreast of developments for all those in the sector, whether
they are manufacturers, part of the distribution chain or
are from the design community (architects, interior designers,
furnishers and journalists).
Following the root and branch reorganization of the exhibition
sectors and trails that has been undertaken over the course
of recent Macefs, the show continues to expand and develop
by focusing on a range of absorbing and highly topical themes
such as design and the Italian Way of Living.
The show has also firmly established itself as a commercial
must that no retailer who needs to keep abreast of the latest
market trends and to make purchases and place orders in the
run up to the Christmas festivities can afford to miss.
Living Trends, a display of the most innovative ideas being
shown by exhibitors organized in partnership Future Concept
Lab, will continue to occupy a position at the heart of Macef.
Located in the Piazzale Italia, next to the Palazzo CISI,
it offers the exhibitors, the trade and the press a further
opportunity for exposure and to monitor trends. Each day,
a team of skilled window dressers will change the products
on show.
Finally Bijoux, the fashion jewellery show that forms an
integral part of the Jewellery, Gold and Fashion Accessories
trail at Macef, will return in September.
